Gloria
Gloria Esperanza’s name translates into Hope of Glory! Gloria comes from a region of Honduras where young girls are expected to clean their home and care for their siblings. Getting an education is not a priority. Gloria was expected to cook for her mentally ill mother and older brothers from a very young age. Life was difficult because her beloved father died when she was five and poverty enveloped the family. Gloria loves to study, gets outstanding grades and enjoys art.
