This past January the Jericho leadership had a vision from the Holy Spirit.  Our extraordinary God wanted to do something extraordinary for the Jericho children and staff-show them snow!  Where? Park City, Utah!  Sending 30 Honduran children and 10 Jericho Staff to Utah to play in the snow seemed outrageous until we started looking at all the benefits that would come from this incredible trip. Utah has the most attended college in the nation for Hondurans. The children will receive a presentation from the Honduran student body president to encourage their desires for higher education and a professional career. A Christian camp has donated four days and three nights to the children for a spiritual retreat. Two of our key churches are in the Salt Lake City / Park City area. Being able to have the children meet directly with existing and potential sponsors would be a huge plus for our fundraising efforts. The children are also required to learn English to be a part of this dream, opening doors for future employment. Our projected timeline for this magnificent journey is the end of February, 2023.
